Don't Look too Short in Shorts

Some people say if you're short you can't wear  mini skirts or shorts. But for me, anyone can! I am only 4' 8" and I wear shorts/mini skirts whenever I can..

Just so you know:  I'm wearing a Love Culture off shoulder top, destroyed Abercrombie shorts, 4" red high heels pumps from Andres Machado, D&G sunglasses and a  red purse from New York & Co.
